Carl Dickinson

General Counsel and Partner

Carl joined Amadeus Capital Partners in 2015. He has responsibility for Amadeus’ legal, regulatory and related administrative affairs.

Prior to joining Amadeus, Carl was a legal counsel at Balderton Capital. Before that, he was a senior associate at international law firm SJ Berwin where he principally advised venture capital and private equity houses on their investment and M&A activity.

Carl attended Nottingham Law School and holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Warwick. He is a Solicitor admitted to practice in England and Wales.
