Bio
James is an Investment Manager in the Early Stage team, while also supporting the firm’s growth-stage Secondary Funds and Digital Prosperity Fund. His focus is on AI, robotics, cyber, and space.
He joined Amadeus Capital Partners in 2019 and serves as a board member at Kontomatik and as a board observer at Secondmind and CTT. His recent investments include Refute and Periphery.
A chartered accountant, James spent four years at Deloitte as a financial audit manager, specialising in high-growth technology and biotech businesses and guiding clients through M&A integration, IPO readiness, and post-IPO processes. He began his career at BDO and holds an LLB in Law with French Law and Language from the University of East Anglia.
Entrepreneurial by nature, James founded a premium tequila brand in 2017, successfully launching it in the UK.
